Wasteland Wanderers Update 2-5


I've uploaded an update for Wasteland Wanderers! Consider this a major update and an essential download to replace your old file, since it includes some significant clarifications and corrections.

If you own them, you should also look out for major updates to Wasteland WaresWasteland Wheels, and The Stranger! I plan to upload them all within the next hour or so.

Version 2.5 makes the following changes:

WASTELAND WANDERERS

  • Clarified that Geiger counters are reset to 0 after making the saving throw vs Radsick
  • Minor changes to the text of the radiation rules for improved clarity
  • The Dearg Dubh have been renamed more generically as "Vamp", but dearg dubh is still listed as an alternative name in their description along with other possibilities. This change has also reordered the playable races but the bookmarks have been updated to reflect that.
  • Corrected an error in the text of the Scientist/Programmer's "Expert Hacker" feature
  • Corrected 5 references to lightning damage in the Scientist class description to the electrical damage type
  • Deleted redundant paragraph in the text of Scout's Instinct
  • Revised text of the Scout's favoured enemy feature
  • The Soldier's "Guardian" combat style has been renamed "Knight" (it conflicted with the Guardian martial archetype introduced in Wasteland Wares 2e). Also fixed the reference in the piecemeal armour text of this entry to say "Wasteland Wares", not "Wasteland Wanderers"
  • Fixed the Tribefolk background's description
  • Revised damage type list in the Supplemental Rules chapter to reflect new types (Blight, Ruin) introduced in recent supplements The Stranger and the Wasteland Woes early access
